If you suspect it, the Quran advise seems to be:
1. Don't talk to them about it.
2. Certainly leave them concerning this in the bedroom.
3. Continue to have intercourse.
Then says so if they continue to obey you (that is they seek your permission on where they want to go) then do not seek a way against them.
Men have two rights to command a wife per Shariah as far hadiths go:
1. Commanding to have intercourse (a woman must respond).
2. In forbidding them to go to a certain place (a women cannot go to places without her husband permission).
So it's saying if they she obeys in these two commands, never, ever, impose your doubts and suspicions upon her.
