It is a fact that Milk was having sex with a person who was under the legal age.

If I kill someone and get away with it, does that make me any less of a murderer?

That Cosby raped multiple women gained enough evidence to convict him.

Cosby wasn't on trial for raping multiple women, his trial involved ONE woman, Andrea Constand and his his charges were 'aggravated indecent assault' which covers a broad range.

So using your logic, since he was never put on trial in a court of law for those 60 women, those are unproven allegations.

What you are doing is called "whataboutism" and is a despicable tactic of people wo know they are in the wrong.

You damn right, I'm pointing out the fact that you're a hypocrite, you can't accuse me of supporting rape (Saying that someone didn't get a fair trial is NOT condoning criminal behavior, but whatever, you atheists seem to constantly  toss all logic out the window) when you clearly are on record supporting a rapist.

Oh and I don't have any daughters, but my wifes best friend used to date a much older man when we started going out (she was a teenager and he was in his 40s) we used to go out to dinner together, never thought anything of it. They were happy.

She was 18 but it wouldn't have made any difference if she was 16. She was fully adult and able to make choices about her relationships.

Was Milk convicted of the crime you allege he committed.

No he was not.

Was Cosby convicted of rape.

Yes he was.

Did a large number of other women say he raped them , yes they did. 

So you defend the convicted rapist and vilify the person not charged or convicted and you call me hypocrite.

In a thread about Cosby you try to make it about Harvey Milk. Because that is what the right do. Look over there, or fake equivocation.
