Here in Old Portugal we have the fascists vs the anarchists. whenever they meet its a good oportunity for the shock cops to polish their batons and water cannons. Not the rent-a-cops for profit you have there. Cops and Guards are payed by taxpayer and run by the minister of internal administration, the state, and its a state investment, not an expectation of revenue. Fortunately, we still remember dictatorship (altough that is waning over time) enough, to have the great majority of the people against BOTH these groups.
Take in mind that hatred generates more hatred in a spiral that may run out of control. That is called having a lawful state, to keep the peace or baton it into existence when groups of unruly individuals right wing and left wing try to make the streets their own.
