He also lied and claimed that "no other country in the world" allows birthright citizenship.
But if this makes it to the Supreme Court, they could just rubber stamp it.
Let's not forget that it's a Constitutional Amendment that limits presidents to 2 terms (after FDR was elected to 4 terms). I'm guessing he'll try to Executive-Order that amendment out of existence in around 2023 or 2024.
