He will have some difficulty overriding the US Constitution without litigation. The American Civil Liberties Union likely has a motion to stay drafted already.
He also lied and claimed that "no other country in the world" allows birthright citizenship.
But if this makes it to the Supreme Court, they could just rubber stamp it.
Let's not forget that it's a Constitutional Amendment that limits presidents to 2 terms (after FDR was elected to 4 terms). I'm guessing he'll try to Executive-Order that amendment out of existence in around 2023 or 2024.

That last is certainly not EO material. DO NOT assume that he's going to be in office after the next election, please, I have a delicate stomach!
That thought makes me nauseous too!
I made a bet for $100 right after the 2016 election with a conservative coworker who doesn't like Trump that Trump would be elected to a 2nd term. He was convinced Trump wouldn't be re-elected. Gawd, I hope he's right.
My coworker has since moved on to a different company. Might be time to remind him of our little bet, though.

In fact, trumptards are pretty fucking stupid about everything.
Even Paul Ryan knows not to go there.

Paul Ryan is retiring and doesn't give a fuck what Trump says now.
If the Republicans retain control of the House of Representatives, the person who will likely replace him in January - Kevin McCarthy - is a Trump hugger and also anti-immigrant.
