He also lied and claimed that "no other country in the world" allows birthright citizenship.
But if this makes it to the Supreme Court, they could just rubber stamp it.
Let's not forget that it's a Constitutional Amendment that limits presidents to 2 terms (after FDR was elected to 4 terms). I'm guessing he'll try to Executive-Order that amendment out of existence in around 2023 or 2024.

I'm pretty sure he did this to pander to his base. He knows he can't do this. Any order to do this would get stopped in the first court it landed in. They (the base) are stupid enough to maybe buy it .... it's a stunt aimed at deflecting attention from other things going on Trump is pissed about .... attention for Jewish victims ... (he HAD to get that over with on Tuesday so he could go back to raising hell in his little rallies.)
