So..it bullshits you, iow, lol?  Show a single grain of quranic wisdom in this matter.

Well for one, it put's the food and that kind of stuff with relationship to the families of the reminders and how the Messengers were appointed, and when it talks about food in 16th Surah, it also talks about how mules, horses, etc were all made for us to have authority over.

Suspicion confirmed, magic book bullshitted you.  

And it mentions in that category alcohol in it's benefits way (the first Surah about it, didn't condemn it's evil and compare that to it's benefits, but just mentioned it as well as a favor from God).

And so this a serious hint, God is saying, he has per his wisdom given us control over much of what is on earth, including animals, and it was him who did so, and not us without him.

Your god wasn't even invented until 600 ad.  We've been farming and domesticating animals for ten thousand years. Real swell of him to "give authority" over shit we were already thoroughly in control of..and shit that he hadn't lifted a finger to help us with, shit that he -allegedly- dropped us onto this planet needing..but not possessing.

Every single person that ever died of starvation before or after we figured this stuff out was actively killed by your god...if your god exists. This mountain of natural evil is entirely of it's own design and choosing..and to add insult to injury, it won't even accept responsibility for it's chosen actions..preferring instead to lie to you.
