As one who is emotionally inert, I cannot reasonably be invested enough in caring about the needs of others. Including whether or not they are as heartless as me.
Then you are definitely in the wrong line of work. Perhaps something where you aren't allowed around other people would be better. The public would be grateful, I'm sure.
