Did I miss where he had been arrested? The fifth amendment appears to have to do with prosecution and the law. Double jeopardy, self incrimination and due process. To apply it here, I think is another widely liberal interpretation of the text, and nothing like the intent that it was written with. How do you think that it applies? Does it apply to every citizen in the country? I don't see that if I was invited to the white house, and then asked to leave; because of what I said or did, that it is a matter for the courts.
