I don't know.... but I think that a white house press pass is a privilege, and they don't need to reveal their revoking it for an individual. Do you think that due process of the law is required here? If so, then they erred, as to revoke the pass would have required a judge to begin with. My main issue is with the liberal application of the constitutional amendment for something that it doesn't say.
