Here's the fun bit, though..since you've gone back to the pre existing universe thing. If the meat fairy wasn't required to explain the universe, and got his meat fairying stuff from an existent universe.....then why would it be required to explain the stuff in this universe, or on this rock? Even if it did create this rock or this life..since it got it's stuff from somewhere else, it's no longer the ultimate cause of anything - even in your accounting.
