That's strong atheism, not atheism per se.
While there's certainly nothing wrong with strong atheism (I myself am a strong atheist), this definition you provided doesn't cover the position of every person who lacks a belief in a god. Some people simply do not believe in a god, and that is it. They don't go further than this.
I'm certain that it's not every atheists definition or position, but it's mine. Agnostico's request for a "one definition fits all" is just silly............. and as I pointed out, anal.
