Whatever happen to these things as a disorder?


My thought on identifying as whatever the hell one wants to identify as, and why it's nonsense...


At what point does one go too far? Recently there was a white man (two white Irish parents) who won a government grant (£100,000) intended for ethnic minority actors because he "identified" as being black.

A white theatre director, who describes himself as an "African born again", has come under fire, after securing public funding intended to help ethnic minorities develop their stage careers.

Anthony Lennon, 53, who was born in London and whose parents are Irish, won a place on a two year Arts Council funded scheme, after a leading black theatre company accepted his claim to be of "mixed heritage".

He was one of four "theatre practitioners of colour", to be awarded part of a £400,000 talent development grant.

But Mr Lennon has been accused of being a "racial imposter" after it emerged that despite changing his name to Taharka Ekundayo at one point, he is unquestionably white.

Is this also acceptable? Explain how someone can "Identify" as black without actually being black and living the "black experience"?

I already addressed this in my Anti Trans thread . The existence or non existence of trans racialism in no way impacts the existence of Trans gender people . There two separate things don't conflate them . And even more interesting why would it bother you ? And no trans is no longer really considered a disorder a disorder requires something more specific .
