Furthermore the people they were disposessing knew of all the miracles against the Egyptiians according to the bible, and we also know the Israelites bought and sold food from the neibours of these nations, so they would have had a chance to let them know the message, i.e. it is only becase they do evil deeds, if they had changed they would have been left alone.
