You may find that many here are ex-Christians who know the bible better than most. Hence our agnosticism...
You seem level headed and intelligent. You have to live with your beliefs. Whatever they may be.
We have no issues with anyone believing anything they like. That was never the issue.
The only gripe we have as skeptics, is having our intelligence insulted en mass by religious people coming here and trying to prove their god using logic and science.
(Which obviously can never work because it wasn't those things which made them believers in the first place)
Why is faith not enough for them anymore? It usually seems they are desperately trying to convince themselves more than anybody else...
