There was no big bang as you believe and thus there can be no big bang background radiation. There is absolutely no proof of a big bang, the only so called evidence is that which was made up to fit with the ideas of those who wanted a big bang and not a creator. Here's an old saying I know you will like "God did it."

Yeah, I'm not over-fond of the term 'Big Bang' myself. But the idea behind it is sound - the sudden expansion of the early universe (just after t=0), which instantiated space-time.
I've always felt that 'The Big Fwoosh' would be a more accurate description.
