No it is not a complicated issue. If you don't want an abortion, don't have one. If it is not your body, stay the fuck out of it.
You are expressing your worldview as if it is the law. Bodily self determination is popular rhetoric, but it doesn't exist as an actual legal concept. Roe v Wade is about a doctor's right to perform a procedure that they think is in the best interest of their patient, in their medical opinion. There no law that says women can do as they please with their bodies, no matter how much rhetoric you have heard to that effect.
