Crime won't stop, but we'll eliminate some. Who said that crime would stop? The purpose of a wall isn't to stop all crime. Reducing it is just one of the benefits. The purpose of the wall is to help us control our border.

So it's worthless then and the border can be controlled (if it needs to be controlled ) by less expensive and less absurd means .

The problem with your assumption is that you're wrong.  Why don't you ask me before you say I'm against immigration.  I'm highly in favor of immigration.  And don't come back with something ignorant like saying I only want white immigrants. That's worn out.

Border enforcement officials support a wall.  It's worked very for Israel.  It's much easier and efficient to stop them at the border.  It's also more humane than chasing people around and deporting them; especially those with families.

Who cares if they support it . Israel isn't the US nor is the border remotely the  same . And no it's neither efficient  nor humane .

Our present enforcement is woefully inadequate as thousands and thousands cross illegally every year.  Do you agree that we need stricter enforcement?

That's a question of internal enforcement not immigration this is a false dichotomy 

  Also the abuse and killing that is being perpetrated by the human smugglers on the immigrants that could be stopped or greatly decreased by a wall.

If we're worried about what Mexico thinks of us, just build the wall and be a good neighbor to Mexico.  We can explain why we're building it and maintain good relations with them.  If they want to hate us because we want to control our own borders, that's their problem.
