you referenced hate bakers.. there are 3 that I could find that made the news... seriously do we REALY need all inclusive laws to protect us from 3 people? how about this.. take your business some place else... are you all so glutton for punishment that you want the house "special butter nut cream'" infused into your confections??? How insane is it to make a food service person angry when they are doing prep behind closed doors.
Speaking of discrimination... what happens when you all are the discriminators? should there be law protecting christians and forcing you people to make choices based not on religious or political views?
For instance I asked for help with a project in the computing part of the site and got an overwhelming no based on conflict of religious beliefs... the same exact excuse the "hate bakers" for not wating to bake a gay wedding cake.
Now that the shoe is on the other foot where are my protections? or don't I get any because that what these laws are really about?? When infact these laws are a way to force religious people off of a deeply held belief
Again in Portland the land of atheism there is no discrimination.. the only reason for this law is so atheist can walk around with a chip on their should bullying Christians to knock it off.
you people are the WORST type of hypocrite. wanting protection from the very same vitriol you perpetrate onto others. You want protection from 3 hate bakers found nation wide.. while I have 15 people with in 24 hours on this site with holding services from me, on the very same grounds.. Do I bitch about it? do I seek to make any of you do this work? no.. I suck it up and simply take my money some place it will spend.
The difference between us? not everyone has to think as I do in this world. I'm ok with people hating koreans. I hate them too some times I'm ok with people hating whites black and Latino just because, why? because again not everyone has had the same experience set as I have with people of different races, or maybe growing up into a single race (having the same color mother and father) makes you feel a comfort I will never know while people out side that shade make you afraid in a way I again will never know. It is not up to me to tell you what to think or to tell you the way you think is bad or good.
The same for me goes with religion as well... If I thought you are where any less human I would not be here. which is why I foolishly assumed at least a hand full of you would at least express an interest in this project. As I am not forced to see you as evil I don't see other Christians who do not agree with me as evil either. but because you do... make realy no major difference to me. I will just keep doing what I do till one of you who hates me gets into a position of power garners enough support to get ride of me... Then I will simply move on to the next site. I would never concent to a law or a mandate that forces compliant thought, have you people never read 1984?
