How can I say ths? because dunning-kruger is a legit diagnosable condition that takes a doctor of phycology several tests to diagnosis. You are no doctor and you have not administered any tests, there for you are untrained Ie: displaying cognitive bias in which you of low ability/untrained,  have illusory superiority/can make a diagnosis without tests or cited examples, and mistakenly assess their cognitive ability as greater than it is. meaning you think you can discern what it takes a doctor a series of tests or a collection of recorded behavior to discern...
