I am suspicious of anyone who tries to slip their reply in without quoting or mentioning someone that they're obviously responding to. Reminds me of someone who can't look you in the eyes when they talk to you.
There are times when it is obvious who someone is replying to... but in general, I believe in using the quote or mention feature, or at least putting the person's name in my response.
If you're frightened of dying, and you're holding on, you'll see devils tearing your life away. But if you've made your peace, then the devils are really angels, freeing you from the Earth.
