Like Gae said, that's idiotic... and I'd add it shows just how little you understand the actual world around you and prefer there to be some magic sky man who makes those things which you find incomprehensible.
There are many people pouring their intellect into potential ways that abiogenesis can have happened on Earth. There are many ways it may have happened and, even if one of those does succeed in the lab, it is no guarantee that it is the one that actually occurred all those millions of years ago on this planet. Short of using a time machine, we may never know for sure.
But mankind is curious and wants to know of at least a way it could have happened... and the ideas that exist posit that no magic is required... no creator. Just chemistry.
When you look at it, today's DNA does seem to operate on only chemistry, so it makes sense that that's how it began.
