Would you agree with the quote below? Why or why not? I pulled it from Conservapedia.org incase you're wondering.

I think it's certainly possible. Is it knowably true? Not at this time. Opinions among professionals and laypersons on these questions vary widely and there is nothing approaching consensus on the matter. So the answer is that we simply don't know. And anyone that claims they do is likely simply peddling a privately held or minority held view.
