The first time I went to London, I asked a guy on the street how to get to Leicester Square. 

I pronounced it "Lye-Chester."

I actually seriously overheard one teenaged girl say to another, 'You know, before Paul McCartney got famous, he was in a band called "Wings" '.

I cried for an hour.

One afternoon, McCartney and Wings showed up and asked if they could play that night (for free).

They played that night.

Then they left.

Best soddin' gig I ever went to apart from maybe Curved Air.
