There is no higher "motive" behind this decision but to force people to pay to save the decaying economy of the country.

This is a trap; PT. The Sauds -and MBS especially- are literally robbing people off their cash. They -the Sauds- began to crack against the falling economy.

It's not rocket science. This is a gangster robbing people with any scapegoat out there.
