Cops threaten to shoot a black man over a stolen toy at the dollar store. The couples child walked out with the toy and they did not realize it until they were in the car. A toy at the dollar store so I am gonna take a guess the toy was worth 1 dollar. Cops screamed at the pregnant woman to put her arms up, she kept screaming back she could not because she had a baby in her in arms. It's almost like they enjoy doing this to people.
