Made it possible for me?
According to most Abrahamic scriptures, my place is solely in the home, not being seen by anyone apart from my immediate family.
It’s only the evolution of modern society that has allowed women to go out and have independent careers of their own (in Western societies, anyway).
Why would I give credit to god for my skills, my opportunities, and my work?
Surely my thanks should go to generations of pioneering women before me who said “no”, and the many men who supported them?
I would clear Islam from the list of scriptures that ask women to stay home, the only women who were ordered to remain home are the wives of the prophet; and when he died one of them led a whole army into the what became known as the Battle of the Camel:

You are speaking about the European church's brutal Christian laws against women; the case was very different for Islam. Many of the rights women have today were practiced for generations in Islamic land, one famous right is the right for women to inherit, also the right for women to own and be free, testify and do business.
