That all humans are the same specie is true. None of the conclusion you would like to follow from it naturally follow from it. Being the same specie does not automatically mean we should empathize with eachother, be kind to each other, or any of those wonderful things. In fact it does not even follow that we as a specie would likely be more successful or longer lasting if we were to be all highly empathetic towards one another. You need to do much better.

We are the same species, PERIOD! Both in our compassionate and cruel behaviors. It is still up to humans how we interact with each other. I don't wish anything to be true. I do HOPE that my fellow humans can pull their collective bullshit tribal heads out of their asses. If you want to make an argument that that is more or less possible, that would be a better argument.
And no, I am not self important. I am simply one life among billions. If my desire to see humans stop fighting each other, and my desire to see the only home we have taken care of, color me guilty. Now ask me if I give a fuck?
