It is, actually, or at least it can be.
There’s a whole setup for transplanting seedlings. From the box plow to the the bedder to the roller and the irrigation spool....and plastic layer to the racks and chairs to the edge tines.
One seamless unit moving at two miles per hour.
Just for napkin math, at one unit per linear foot, one row per.....in two hours, I could drop over 10k seedlings into a well prepared and irrigated bed from raw turf ahead of the tool.
