So tell me... why do you want to live in a country so low ranked then?  Why don't you move to a country with a higher ranking?  Say Georgia.  Or Jordan?  Or Maybe South Korea?  Then again, they're all ranked pretty low.  So maybe you should just move to Qatar.  It's almost top 30!  

Melania moved from Slovenia (ranked 8th!) to the US.  Yet, curiously, you've said nothing about her.  I wonder why...  You've clearly got some skin in the game.  perhaps there's some other colorfull reason for that.
