I thought the same thing.

Nurses in the VA have a unofficial rating system. "4" is a total PITA, "3" just a pain, "2" needs attention, "1" is "just check to see they're still breathing once a day". A nurse only gets one "4" assigned when possible.

In case you're wondering I was "0". "Quiet as a mouse."
