How do bots work anyway?
I mean there is obviously some sort of intelligence behind this Seylee entity, I just cannot fathom what it is. Maybe a bunch of computer science undergrads trying out some new Turing test algorithm, or some sort of automated stupidity generator.
Or is he an old friend of ours who's read the Tor browser thread?

I see no intelligence behind the posts honestly. It's literally the same thing just reworded over and over.

As for my guess? There is a program you can use for twitter which works by you entering in the sample sentence; EG;

I like [desert] with [food] you fill in the list for food and dessert items and it will randomly select from your word bank and then post away.

This (IMO) is in a similar vein but just more flexible.
