1. I am glad that, in Texas, a white woman is doing time for killing a black man.
2. However, I think the death resulted from a single misjudgment, and in my opinion, not the most egregious misjudgment resulting in death for which other people have gotten off largely essentially scot free. So I don't think she deserved 10 years.
