How could one tell the difference between a language that evolved over (say) 100 millennia and one that Allah taught people to speak over the same length of time?

The Anthropomorphism that enforces an image to such event does not represent my OP.
You know what I mean: the heathen picture of a Zeus-like God sitting on a chair of clouds and teaching humanity over the millenniums.

Instead; I reject such way in picturing the event, but I think about the first "Homo erectus" to learn how to use his/her tongue and lips to produce a word.

Yes he taught our specie how to speak, the time it took is obsolete.

You say “conclusion” as if you presented some sort of argument, rather than a bald assertion.

The Quran said that God taught humans how to "speak".
Thus they didn't know how to speak before.

If that doesn't prove evolution to you, I don't know what might prove it.
