I actually googled that to see if the internet had any clue wtf you're talking about..because I wanted to believe that there was a sentient human consciousness behind the post.
Turns out it doesn't, and I can't say for sure that there is.
Could you flesh that out a bit? Shot in the dark, are you suggesting that ukraine has officially pronounced something to the effect of affirming their european identity by way of historic interaction, as opposed to..say, a russian identity? That's the best I've got.
