Just like I know the place I dishwashed at for 7 years, very few would have lasted at that position for 7 years.
Ever have a pile of pots and pans and Mt Everest sized pile of dishes after an Easter Sunday? One might do that for a day, or a summer, but I did that for 7 years. I can't even begin to think how hard it is to work in a hot field for the same time.

The restaurant where I worked was a supper club. It was open at night...when we teens were available for the work. The only adults were the cooks and the waitresses. Yeah, there were no waiters. Guys where I grew up did farm work.
