Actually, that's a better answer. The festering piles of crap that were Fandom Mauling and Attack of the Clowns (I and II) can be simply dismissed as "non-canonical" or apocryphal works. In fact, I only recognize IV, V and VI as canonical. Yes, there's the answer I'm going with.
I file the three prequels with T3 & T4, Highlander-any-movie-after-the-first, and Crow II as movies that were so bad I refuse to acknowledge they exist.
