I do 5 min-ish gaps too, but still can only manage 1 or 2 fewer reps less than with the previous set, and that's straining like nobody's business on the last few of each set. You also appear to be very youthful compared to me : which might also explain your "superior" workout abilities.

Maybe that is why i can do it a bit more easily
