Florida police violating the First Amendment. Or maybe the 13th. One of them. Never read it, so I don't really know but I'll scream "My Constitutional Rights!!!!" at the top of my voice when I haven't got a good argument.

If they arrest you, make sure they read you your Carmen Miranda rights ('You have the right to an enormous fruit-covered hat...').

I worked with one of the cops who were involved in the original Miranda case. When he admitted to this I replied "So it's all YOUR fault?"

And I loved it when deserters told me I hadn't read them their rights.
