Chewy packed my boxes of Fancy Feast with my 16 oz. plastic jugs of Temptations. They were smashed when I got them, left a string of treats from the curb to my door, and inside when I retrieved the box. To be fair they did refund my money for that. And the catasaurus rex hoovered up the treats.
I had a bag of parrot food that got torn in one order and was all over in the box. The next day I had a new bag and they refunded my money. I buy a lot from them. Things are a little slow right now but they have always been a good company to work with - excellent customer service. I even get Christmas cards from them every year.
