Yep fat ass high blood pressure

Called “pre-diabetic” three years ago no follow up

Plus just an old fuck up
And asthma

History of two bad cases of pneumonia already under my belt

Not particularly interested in dying from pulmonary distress

It’s not like it’s anyone else’s fault I’m fat though

I just let it get away from me

Diagnosed major depressive years ago

Lost interest

Lost my job because of alcoholism or at least in part - sober now but my past is on me

Just not interested in dying this way

My wife has a very high risk profession

Works in a fucking jail

We’re fucking doomed lol
