Having worked in food service and delivery, yes it is.
The problem with most giant corporations, isn't that the job is easy to learn, but in that the bean counters and CEOs most of the time create conditions for workers that are impossible.
If you get bad service the most likely culprit isn't the employee, but the protocol thrust on the employee that sets impossible standards.
Business far too often take a utopian scenario and applies that to even when it is slam busy.
