In the beginning when i used to do it , i had lot of pain all over my body , But now i don't have it anymore . Some pain in the neck is still there , lol
My plan is go to the gym after this Covid 19 is over and then i will spent more time in the gym .
Instead of this 45 minutes at home , i have plans to do for 1 and half hours
So this is almost like a pre workout at home before i go to the gym .
Once i am in the gym i will do more workouts in those machines and treadmills
