I remember the preflight checklist for the P3-C Orion patrol aircraft. First item for the walk-around was "Wheels down and locked." :hehe:
One of my brothers was involved in the development of the P-125 (cancelled) for the RAF. He got a commendation for pointing out that ‘Fuel Level’ had been left off the preliminary checklists.
