I hate mayo, but once again, if I owned a food joint, and you wanted mayo on a ham sandwich, hotdog, crabcake, squid, PBJ, and I had mayo, why would I be stupid and tell you "no" because I personally don't like mayo? I might say to myself "ewe", but my servers damned sure should smile while selling things they don't personally like.

Long ago, when I worked at a 7-11 it had one of those hot dog rollers which included breakfast sausages. I use to buy them, put diced raw unions, ketchup, jalapenos, cheese (wizz) and maple syrup. 

If the same store sold mushrooms and squid for the same hot dog and sardines. Why would I have to like it if I am not eating it?
