Listen man, I will thank you forever for guiding me back to my hovel after the hurricane, but as much as I agree with you that Mayo is the spawn of Satan.  it still is a personal tate issue. And if I own a food joint, why should it matter if I personally don't like mayo? 

Point being, if you own a food joint, it should never matter what you like, but what the customer likes.

I hate mayo, I hate mushrooms, I hate clams and oysters, I hate anchovies. But if I were ever to own a food joint that serves them, I won't eat them myself, but I damned sure am willing to sell them to patrons who do.
