No i just find it interesting he chooses this time when we have 2 high profile clear cut cases (though one wasn't violent) of the cops acting inappropriately . To gosh over a instance were violence may have been justified .

I think he chose his time appropriately - police violence is in the news. What better time to point out that the overwhelming majority of cases were cops get physical IS justified.

Sorry, what was the second case of cops acting inappropriately, apart from the George Floyd case?

And yes though not violent the CNN crew that got arrested for no justified reason . While no were near  as violent as George Floyd case it was an unjustfied of force .
