Ah good, a theory. Something that can be tested. Something that empirical evidence may support, or show to be wrong.

How would you test this theory?

One way would be to ask the Muslim women in your area. "Hello, are you totally subservient to your men?" (Depending on where you live, I suspect that a lot of them would laugh at you.)

You realize that would not be a reliable way of testing 

Have you conducted any research on the viability of your theory? Is your evidence entirely from media depictions? What does Ilhan Omar, or her very outspoken daughter tell you in regard to your theory? 

That's merely proof that western non imposition allows women to speak in contrast to Islamic teachings  

You make the statement in a very general way. Is it true of all Muslims everywhere all the time? Is it an aspect of Islam which is intrinsic to the religion, or is it something that can change within Islam, depending on the time and place? 

It applies universally to Islam it can alter with culture but only in contrast to Islam 

These are all things that could be investigated, if you take the idea of a theory seriously.
