It is custom for prior presidents to give eulogies to dignitaries, Trump has not been invited to speak to any of what I mentioned.
It would be awfully hard for him to speak at two of those, since he didn't attend. How do you know he wasn't invited to speak at Bush's funeral? Maybe he was, but declined.
And only one of his kids (Ivanka) attended McCain's funeral.
