Onetime presidential candidate Herman Cain has died of COVID, and this time, while "Tragic" is a term that's often thrown around when it comes to death, in this case, I think this is legitimately tragic, because he put far too much faith in Trump, to the point where when Trump held a rally in Tulsa, he went around, disregarding social distancing protocols and refusing to wear a mask. He also went to other places, including Arizona, one of those places that have never gotten out of the first wave of COVID, and while I can't find photos of what he did there, I can only assume his hubris continued unabated. Nine days later, hubris met nemesis and he was diagnosed with COVID. A few days after this, he was hospitalised, and before you expect this Perpieteia to be accompanied with Anagnorisis, that very day, he tweeted about a Trump rally in South Dakota, saying " "Masks will not be mandatory for the event, which will be attended by President Trump. PEOPLE ARE FED UP!" And, looking at his Twitter feed, it looks like he didn't budge an inch until he died.
